The Ask
FTD aimed to elevate and re-spotlight its Gold Program by increasing visibility and driving subscription adoption among both new and existing customers. The objective was to clearly communicate the value of Gold by FTD, highlighting savings on fees and shipping in a way that feels compelling, easy to understand, and worth committing to.

The Solution
To increase visibility and momentum, we introduced a refreshed FTD Gold logo lockup supported by elevated imagery that captures the premium feel of the program. The system extended into on-trend social posts and stories that pair aspirational lifestyle visuals with clear reasons to believe, communicating the value of Gold in a way that feels both desirable and easy to act on, ultimately driving subscription consideration.
